Ask HN: Is it possible to connect 2 smartphones together?

Does anyone know if this possible? In particular, I'm curious if you can do things like:

1. Use the keyboard for smartphone #1 on smartphone #2.

2. Copy text on smartphone #1 and paste it on smartphone #2.

3. Send programs from smartphone to the other.
