Ask HN: How does your team get books?

I run a small software company and would like to offer everyone access to whatever books they want.

Ideally the team could share books, so we could just order physical books on Amazon as needed. Some will use this, some probably won't use it much.

Or, we could subscribe to O'Reilly Safari books online, for $399 per year per head. A touch pricey if people don't use it.

Are there any other options?
