The problem with delegating these tasks to a service like this is the lack of accountability when your company-as-a-service provider screws up a filing or something else. If you're starting a company, responsibility for these bureaucratic matters starts and ends with you. You can hire a law firm but you still have to trust them, and you still have no meaningful recourse if they blow it. You just simply have to spend the time to learn how this stuff works. I never stop being amazed at how much money and effort people will waste just to avoid reading carefully.
