Looks nice but it's more a kanban board rather than a Trello clone. I don't doubt you're that skilled to build something like this "before lunch", but in my experience it is highly unlikely.
A few tips:
- Add a landing page or at least a demo of how it looks
- Remove those paddings and go full screen
- Remove transitions, they may look good but they're not usable in this case
- App feels heavy, not sure because of transitions, but feels slow.
Also if by simple you mean this:
- REST API and API documentation
- Invites sent via e-mail
- Full design
- Twitter integration
- Users and Abilities
- Multi-teams feature and ability to switch
Then I don't know what's simple anymore.
