Preface: I have seen numerous post by users who are looking for reference resources and study material. To date, I've not seen curiosity extend beyond basic queries towards improving factors we often cannot control such as time and the hands-on experience it naturally brings.

The Question: How can one increase the occurrence of experience?

My Theory: Knowing that experience is gained over time through exposure to new concepts and information, I feel it is safe to say that the initial ramp up on technology is the most valuable during a project despite its size. Perhaps, instead of spending extra time on the downward slope of learning something, it is at that time safe to move towards a new project, resulting in a ramp-up occurring much sooner (tying into the time aspect).
