Engineering team looking to get acquihired

I have an experienced senior 11 person team who would like to continue working together as a team as we have great culture and like working together.

Team is based in Europe but used to working with a client in US.

Our team structure: 4 backend eng. 2 frontend eng. 2 designers 2 Pm 1 QA

We are currently working as contractors for one US company but are sick of blind promises and poor management. Since this company is a single piece of revenue we can't just quit and start looking else to work.

Since I know proven teams are in demand I am wondering does anybody has experience with acquihiring teams and if not, where would you search for potential companies who need that.
