My account got hacked months ago, I was able to change my password shortly after luckily. However, when I login now it always asks me for ID. After submitting it I get a success recovery email with a url to finish the process but the URL is always invalid! What makes it worse is it was hacked via the recovery email which I can't login to remove! Curious if the recovery process is in fact broken or is just me?
