When I run a restaurant or a similar business and I'd like to adapt my kitchen or ventilation system this change has to go through various authorities and also needs approval by neighbours whereas any amendments on an online basis where it might be Facebook or my goverements electronic health care administration they can basically do whatever they want without any disclosure policy.
What is the general opinion on disclosing any software related changes in order to veto them, especially when the public sector is involved?
