Emulate Android or IOS in the browser- that way you only have to write an app, and not bother with a website..

All it will take is for ADK to a have button that produces a wasm version of your app.

Unity and UE4 are very close to having exactly this today. There's no big reason why this shouldn't work for apps targetting a readonable subset of Android.
