How would you expect all those Windows Games to be Streamed and played?

Same way they are played on Linux now.

That would mean that none of the multiplayer games with anti-cheat software would work.

With sometimes janky emulation/WINE, or not at all?

There is nothing janky about it. Also, Wine is not an emulator ;)
