I'm working in a company that provides energy, insurance and broadband to consumers. We've just launched a mobile selfcare app - and are looking for baseline numbers in terms of engagement.
My theory is that in we can't really compare our engagement to the engagement of mainstream consumer apps like Facebook, TikTok, Spotify etc. As there is no reason for a consumer to user our app every day.
Currently users can see their bills (usually billed monthly), manage their subscriptions, see their energy usage, chat with customer service etc.
Do you have any comparable numbers on expected engagement of a consumer selfcare app?
Thanks in advance!
