I’ve been sorting my product roadmap by impact vs complexity. But one barrier I keep facing is that I don’t know what kind of impact a task will yield. So for example, feature XYZ is on my roadmap but i’m not sure how to sort it because I’m not sure how valuable feature XYZ really is to my users. I have some data to form a hypothesis but not enough to be confident in estimating it’s impact.
How do I sort roadmap tasks that don’t have a clear return value?
