Ask HN: How has SARS-CoV-2 impacted your benefits and compensation?

For those fortunate enough to have so far kept their job through the pandemic thus far, have your benefits and compensation been impacted either immediately or in the future?

I imagine there have been combinations of furloughs, bonus plan adjustments, retirement match reductions, promotion freezes, etc. Have executives taken pay cuts? I've been curious to see how large and small companies in various sectors are managing this.
