Looking for instructors(Paid): Help students improve spoken English

We built a website that helps to connect people that wants to practice their spoken English with native speakers. Basically native speakers will do a video/voice call with the students, and chat with them. There is not curriculum, the goal is not to improve test scores. As a native speaker instructor, you just need to "manage" the chat and keep the conversation going and encourage students to talk, and maybe help to correct the pronounciation or grammar errors, or tell them a more native way to say something.

The instructor will negotiate with the students by themselves about the hourly rate(we recommend $10 - $20 per hour). The platform will not charge anything(instead of 30% that some other platform charge). You can consider it as an Airbnb for online learning with almost zero commission fee.

So why we are doing this? We just want to contribute to the world a little bit, to connect people from all over the world, to help them better understand each other. It always bothers me that the world is becoming more divided now, while all human share the same ancestor as a one species.

We already have some potential students. They are mostly students in colleges or somewhat fresh graduates.

It is a pretty new website. And we are trying to bootstrap it now. You may not receive messages immediately by some students. If you feel it is a waste of time that you signup and not get any student, I totally understand it. Unfortunately, at this point, it is a kind of chicken and egg thing. Students will not be interested if the platform does not have enough instructors. I would be grateful for anyone that signup. And we will try to recruit students and let all instructors get some attentions from students.
