Ask HN: Bluetooth tracker (Tile equivalent) with privacy

Can anyone recommend a bluetooth tracker that doesn't save the location of your devices to the cloud and potentially share them with the the whole world?

Ideally something where you have a phone app that communicates locally with the trackers via bluetooth and no "account", no community tracking, etc. Just a signal strength indicator on your phone for each of the trackers.

Yes I did try Googling this but without success.
