Yeah I think my point is more that the outrage is not proportional. Other brokers did the same thing and aren't in the spotlight at all.

Chance of lawsuit = potential upside * success chance * number of affected customers * unhappiness of customers

Robin hood had the most affected customers, so go the lawsuit and most of the bad press.
