For a while players did grief others in Death Standing. They would get vehicles stuck in particular spots and when those vehicles showed up in other players worlds, they blocked them from important areas and couldn't be removed. Eventually a feature was added to remove any vehicle with the push it a button, but it shows that giving any leeway whatsoever will be abused.
