Samsung considers four sites in U.S. for $17B chip plant: documents (opens in new tab)

Five locations being considered according to WSJ [1]: Phoenix, AZ (2 sites); Austin, TX (another 2); and Genesee County, Western NY. Austin seems to be the front-runner.
