The book just came out yesterday so it'll probably be a while before we get reviews. I checked on Amazon, they won't even have stock for another week to ship out to customers.
The Indigo store has a free preview of the first few pages of the book, including the table of contents. Amazon might have a free preview for the Kindle version as well. Click on "Buying Options" on the book's website and follow the links.
