I wish Rocket Internet read this article when they decided to switch to Phalcon framework because it's 10% faster than PHP but since it's C-extension there is no possibility of debugging, smaller ecosystem of plugins and libraries plus slower learnign curve. But!!!! Well, it's 10% faster so our response times are not 100ms but 90 and real user can appreciate that!
