Wouldn't the obvious solution be to combine both effective approaches? Both vaccination and regular testing should be employed.

The chance of false positives and false negatives is too high for this to be reliable in an environment with immunocompromised patients.

How else are you going to handle asymptomatic cases among vaccinated?
