Won't be so funny when (not if) the humans are taken out of the prosecution processing, the "offender" automatically fined or jailed for non-payment.

Plot twist: They won't cancel the fine since the system has spoken and so they cannot be sure who is right.

Pretty sure they already canceled it, because there were actual humans that could be talked to.

Now imagine this scenario in a world where governments look at Google and Facebook's moderation technique. That's where things start getting scary.

Indeed, in some places it starts to feel like that increasingly.
