Plasmic started two years ago with wanting to build a dream web design tool, but one that connects deeply with code.
What makes it interesting is that you can trivially bring any custom code components and effectively extend Plasmic’s functionality with things like data, interactions, effects, etc. that aren’t built-in. This makes it feel “hackable” and lets you give content editors all the right building blocks, so that they can directly ship to production. Or you can use Plasmic yourself to build complex app components—we use Plasmic to build Plasmic itself.
Questions/thoughts are welcome.
