Knowing how "Enterprise" pricing often works in other sectors, I actually wouldn't be surprised if larger companies pay more per connection than consumers (ostensibly because of "Enterprise" features like dedicated support or uptime guarantees, but really because they are motivated enough to bear the higher cost).
