I want to send a physical email to the US, is there a digital service where I can do that (i.e. preferably it gets printed and sent from within US to a US address). Anybody aware of such a service or a way to do it?

However, "Can I sign up for an account if living outside the US?

In Germany you can use epost.de, a service from deutsche post.
