I've been following /r/antiwork for a while and I never stumbled upon anything remotely similar to the story you've made up. Practically all comments are in the line of "good for you for quitting", "you should have done it sooner", "why even put a two weeks notice?", "You should talk to a lawyer to not get screwed over".
