Ask HN: Any engineers or editors having issues with Open CL on Windows lately?

Hello HN, I've been seeing a number of issues with Open CL and AMD GPUs lately on windows and not sure what changed.

I first noticed this in Adobe's Premiere Pro on a fresh install of windows 10, rendering Apples ProRes RAW where the renderer would just fail when using OpenCL and it seems others are having this issue too: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/issues-decoding-prores-raw/m-p/12648595

Then I noticed X-Rite iProfiler was having issues loading an OpenCL.dll and failing to start?

We have tried multiple rollbacks and clean installs of AMD Pro Drivers and even fresh installs of the latest Windows 10 & 11 but seems an update somewhere broke this.

To be clear this isn't a tech support request but more of a question of whether others are seeing this in their applications or plugins with OpenCL.
