Wonder if they upgraded to an IBM X-Force Command Cyber-Tactical Operations Truck (C-TOC)[1][2]? :) "2 vehicle mount satellite dishes for 1,000 Mbps networking, 4 dedicated ceullar uplinks, and a private satellite channel", but no masts, no huge dishes, no lights. Mostly a big mobile work-room, it looks like. "Large VMware cluster built on a 100TB solid-state disk array, cooled by over 10 tons of cooling capacity"!! Oh boy, haha.
Here again I remind you dear reader of my #1 sincere most regret in life, not having $180k lying around to buy and another couple hundred k to electrify a Lockheed-Martin Sea Slice[3]. No greater platform exists from which to play with a modest sized deployable floating solar array.
