Did Kelowna add 5500 new homes per year, every single year? Or even 550?

Presumably not every single one of those 5,500 would get their own separate home. Presumably people have babies, families move, etc.

Let’s say half that - 2,750 homes needed.

Last year Kelowna built 3,200 new homes alone.
