Calculate how long it takes to burn off that McDonald's menu.
1) Select a menu by scrolling down to the McDonald's Calories table and click on one of the menu.
2) Select an activity by scrolling down to the 3) Calories Burned During Exercise and Activities table and click on one of the activity.
Insert your weight in kilograms. ( For those of you using pounds, simply divide your weight in lbs by 2.2 )
