"security researcher" never hard of virustotal. i checked your file on there, wd is the only one that flags it..

False positives are extremely common for antivirus engines. Unless you have some sort of real proof, this should not be taken as evidence for anything. Moreover, I looked into the 1604 file. It's just a packed array of 512 32-bit floats around 1.0; extremely unlikely to contain malicious code.
