Color me skeptical when they choose to just make noise on Twitter without even having any "coming soon" content on their website (https://us.starlabs.systems/blogs/news)

For context, it seems they do have some actual products, although this is the first I've heard of them or this project, and it seems at least their current flagship is backordered

I have had laptops from them. Bad quality control; misaligned screens, all chargers dead after a couple of weeks on all the machines I owned -- to be fair, they offered fixes and / or replacements for free, but I doubt it was random and I happened to have bad luck receiving just the odd defective ones.
