Is it wrong that I wish this were true? Think of the new physics necessary to explain it, and how much fun being magnetic would be.

We could put you in a spool of wire and have you jump up and down to generate electricity. Unless the axis of your magnetism is off by 90 degrees. That would make it far less interesting as you'd have to roll over to make power and you'd get dizzy.

What would a doctor have to do, for their medical license to be immediately and permanently revoked for non compos mentis?
