This is one of the most bizarre strawmen I've ever seen. I hope the author isn't being paid for "free speech = sudden child porn", which isn't a scenario I've seen on any site in the 22 or so years I've had a connection.
And to call Twitter the epitome of free speech, when it has had a working relationship with repressive governments and their police organizations since 2010-2011 is absurd.
