Seemingly-Critical Distinction: Happily Mundane Parents, posting mundane photos / videos of mundane kids doing mundane stuff. VS. actual or wanna-be Social Media Somebody parents, posting heavily edited / scripted / produced videos (often with music), and (in effect) hoping for internet fame. (Or the article also mentions a kid with major medical issues and a post-happy parent getting them really-unwanted fame. Probably plenty of other scenarios with similar endpoints.)

Anyone with a good understanding of the internet and social media should come to the conclusion that constantly projecting what is happening in your life is idiotic. What's more dangerous is putting the minds of the young and undeveloped on display for the world to see permanently.
