Ask HN: Masters or Doctoral in Computer Science or Information Systems

So, i just graduated in computer science and I am trying to decide what to do next as far as school. I could probably get into the doctoral program for either Computer science or Information systems. I'm not sure I am ready to pursue a doctoral yet though, but I really want to work towards a Masters in the near future if anything.

My question is what kind of jobs are related to each degree? I really don't know which way I want to go yet. If you have a Masters or doctoral in either, please say which and what you currently do and what you have done in your career. Also, what you consider to be pros and cons in your career or just pros if you really enjoy it.
