Gwynn Shotwell has an excellent track record with Falcon 9. But putting her in charge of Starship is a career trap. Elon's position might be that either Starship works or nothing else matters. But there is a large risk that Starkship is a space Spruce Goose. It is a result of Elon diktats, similar to "thou shalt have only machine vision for FSD."
