Sorry couldn't find an english link. Didn't think such a relic from the 19th century still exists.

I used Google Translate on this article. Just a regular one. Imagine someone got this news from a Telegram channel. Might freak him/her out a bit.

$13.36 USD to send 160 characters on the mini-telegram. No wonder they are stopping the service.
