Cuz they’re so friggin expensive maybe. Though to be fair a 5 year old chipset will run modern games at 1k, 2k pretty well.

only the high end.

A Radeon 6500 xt is only about $170, and perf is between RX 570 - RX 480 .

6nm/7nm was so worth it. Loads better perf/watt than my old 28nm card.
