Confirmed here in NZ: twitter.com static template loads, but doesn't fill with content.

I haven't been able to access it at all since lunchtime... It's still not loading, hours and hours later!

It's been fully down for around 2 hours for me in NSW, 1230-1430 AEDT 4 January. Template loads and that's it.
