Ruby on Rails is dead, long live Ruby on Rails (opens in new tab)

This spontaneous headline makes me think that Rails did die one dead at the beginning of last year with Rails 6 webpack cruelty and resurrected with a whole new framework around handling JS (Hotwire/import-maps) as the default in Rails 7.
