What do you do with the data that people upload? Without some strong guarantees (in the form of a business model that somehow depended on it) I would not upload anything that wasn't already public to a service like this. (I wouldn't anyway, but I would discourage others)

Our customers do not upload data but rather scanned documents or native PDFs. We do a full text OCR and allow them to do full text search/retrieval for the documents eliminating the need for manual indexing. The documents and data that has been OCRed are not public. High level security is inherent with this offering (MFA).
