Ask HN: How to get a droid phone to ignore wakelock in low battery situations

Lately I've been using tiktok to fall asleep (it works pretty well, i think it's because of the looping audio that happens when you get too tired to scroll)

However this is the fastest way to wake up to a phone with 0% battery. Scrolling while recharging would solve this but is impratical, and so is using another phone for tiktok only.

So, what is the best way to get an android phone to just quit all apps and go to sleep when the battery is below 22% or so? TIA
