I just noticed the baduk1234 is creating hundreds of pull requests all with the same comment:

> This is a bug bounty test. Please ignore.. Please DO NOT APPROVE THIS!

Does GitHub have another PR bug or something? I wonder why it takes 100s of PRs to prove the point.

Wasted braincycles of developers having to close all these pointless PRs.

Seem like live testing of a bug bounty software. I don't know GitHub's TOC but looks like a clear violation and if not, still a shitty way to do things.
