Yeah. Regulation is fine, if thoughtfully done. "Licensing" is ridiculous. We all know the intent - OpenAI gets the first license along with a significant say in who else gets a license. No thanks.

Problem is that regulation is rarely thoughtfully done. It's almost always a knee jerk response to the new thing.
