We are building an app to autonomously manage consultancies. We've been at it for the past 3 years. The app by now autonomously determines what skills people have, directs education in the company, recommends most optimal team compositions and detects risks (but doesn't act on them yet).
The app is actively used in production by a few consulting companies who love it.
The sweetest feature will be released around December. If we survive, by DEC we intend to launch EmployPlan Actions - which will be AI advising actions that can be taken inside of the consultancy to boost sales, improve customer & employee satisfaction, executing them if approved (full-auto). Essentially introducing a specialized AGI for consultancies.
