i can't make heads or tails of that graph.
i was hoping to get something that would tell us like...who has emitted the most carbon?
and maybe who is emitting the most carbon on an annual basis today?
and then, both of those measures adjusted to be sum total, regardless of population size.
and then maybe separate out the small countries that are really just owned by other countries, so can't set their own policies.
