According to the people I know, who do know things, it's not uncommon to require some force for a superconductor to move while pinned and that it can experience 'snapback'
(Don't get me wrong, I think there's a significant chance that it's fake, but I've been told that if it is in fact a superconductor this is very much how it would move)
