Cow Milk.

Lactose intolerant. Also cow milk is too acidic and causes stomach aches. It also strips the body of calcium due to the acid, despite dairy industry propaganda saying the calcium in milk supports bones. It's also full of dairy fat which has no nutritional value apart from fattening one up (and feeling satiated).
