Tell HN: Oracle Cloud has Suspended our paid account

Oracle has suspended our company’s production account for no apparent reason. We couldn’t contact their customer support either. We are paying for their services for the past 3 months.

I have hard time to understand why would anyone spend money on Oracle Cloud. If you are not going with AWS, Azure or GCP then why would you select Oracle and not some other (minor) service?

2 days ago I saw someone on HN saying to add a credit card to oracle cos they will suspend you for using the free tier without warning. Seems like using oracle is just risky in general.

Your product SarathyWeb appears to be a frontend to other cloud services. Are you using your own accounts to run stuff for other people? If so, what's your anti-abuse story? If someone used you to run abusive jobs on a cloud (e.g. spam), how quickly would you notice?
